Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized or made-to-order Sofa may require 7–21 business days for production before dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Within India: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
- If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Delays
